§ 106-33. Regulation of parking in parking areas located on property owned or leased by county.

Pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 316.006(3), the board of county commissioners shall have original jurisdiction to adopt resolutions regulating parking in parking areas owned or leased by the county, whether or not such areas are located within the boundaries of chartered municipalities. The board of county commissioners also may, by resolution, authorize the erection of signs conforming to the manual and specifications of the state department of transportation for the purpose of regulating parking within such areas.
