§ 10-28. Penalty.

(a)

Any person found to be in violation of this article may be punished as provided in section 1-7. The building official may revoke a special event permit upon the occurrence of any violation of this article.

(b)

Any person who makes a material misrepresentation with the intent to obtain a special event permit will be subject to denial or revocation of the permit.

(c)

Pursuant to section 46-127, the special event exception to the noise ordinance is limited in its application to properties abutting residential zoning classifications as follows:

(1)

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.

(2)

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.
