§ 10-36. Required.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, cause to be erected, operate or maintain any special event within the unincorporated areas of the county without having made application for and receiving a permit to do so in accordance with the conditions and limitations set forth in this article.
(b)
Any such ride or device which is subject to inspection under F.S. § 616.0915(5) must display a current inspection sticker, or the owner must provide proof of inspection approval, and shall be in compliance with other applicable state and federal law.
