§ 10-46. Treatment of animals.

Latest version.

No animals shall be allowed to run at large within the activity site licensed under this article. All animals shall be treated in a humane manner, and in accordance with chapter 14, and other applicable state and local statutes, laws, ordinances and regulations. All animal wastes shall be disposed of in the manner specified by the application and approved by the county department of consumer health services.
