§ 10-50. Misrepresentation of fact.

(a)

Any person who makes any material misrepresentations with the intent to obtain a special event permit will be subject to denial or revocation of the permit. Each misrepresentation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

The building official may revoke the special event permit upon the occurrence of any violation of this article.

(c)

Any person found to be in violation of this article may be punished as provided in section 1-7.
