§ 10-119. Investigation.

Upon receipt of an application properly completed and filed and upon payment of the application fee, the county shall investigate the qualifications of the applicant to determine the applicant's eligibility for a license in accordance with the provisions of this article. The county may request the assistance of other county agencies and they shall provide such information and assistance as the county deems necessary.
