§ 10-127. Minimum periods of revocation.

  • (a)

    Whenever the county suspends the license of a charitable organization, authorized organization, associational group or organization or lessor:

    (1)

    For any reason stated in section 10-125(1)a., e., f., i. or (2)f., the suspension shall be effective for a minimum period of one year from the date of suspension.

    (2)

    For any of the reasons stated in section 10-125(1)a., b. or (2)a., the suspension shall be effective for a minimum period of five years from the date of suspension.

    (3)

    For any other reason, a minimum of 30 days from the date of suspension.

    In any case, the charitable organization, authorized organization, associational group or organization or lessor whose license has been suspended shall be ineligible to apply for the issuance of another license in either classification for at least the minimum period. The county may not waive the provisions of this section nor reduce the minimum periods herein provided.

    (b)

    All revocations shall be permanent. Revocations shall be limited to those licensees whose licenses have been suspended twice under either (a)(1) or (2) above.
