§ 10-146. Penalties; minor violations.

Any person violating any other provision of this article shall, if found guilty, be fined not less than $250.00 and/or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed 60 days. For violations that are of a continuing nature, each date that the violation continues shall be a separate offense.
