§ 10-178. Territory embraced.

Latest version.

All territory within the legal boundaries of the county, including all unincorporated and incorporated areas, shall be embraced by the provisions of this article, unless a municipality adopts an ordinance which conflicts with this article, in which case the municipal ordinance shall prevail.
