§ 110-96. Sanitary nuisances.
If the director of the health department finds a sanitary nuisance exists as defined in F.S. ch. 386 of the Florida Statutes and such nuisance may be abated by sewer service to the county utility system, the board of county commissioners on the written request of the director of the health department may authorize the director to allow immediate connection to the county utility system. The request from the director of the health department shall contain a finding of the existence of the sanitary nuisance and must state that emergency connection to the utility system is necessary to abate such nuisance.
