§ 114-30. Remedy of condition.
(a)
If after 20 days from the date of the notice no written request for a hearing has been filed and the condition described in the notice has not been remedied, the code enforcement manager shall cause the condition to be remedied at the expense of the property owner. If a written request for a hearing has been filed and the finding of public nuisance is upheld, the code enforcement supervisor or designee may cause the condition to be remedied by the county at the expense of the property owner unless the code enforcement special master directs otherwise.
(b)
If a written request for a hearing has been filed and the finding of public nuisance is reversed, the county will not assess any costs or administrative penalties against the property.
