§ 22-51. Penalty.

Any person found guilty of violating this article or any provision of the Florida Building Code shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment or prosecuted before the code enforcement special master. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the county from enforcing its Code by injunction or by any other means provided by law.
