§ 22-802. Construction permit required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to construct any boat ramp in any man-made body of water in the unincorporated areas of the county without first obtaining a construction permit. All alterations and repairs to boat ramps where more than 50 percent of the boat ramp will be repaired or altered shall be considered new construction and shall meet all of the requirements of this article. Minor repairs not affecting the structural integrity of the boat ramp may be undertaken without a building permit.

(b)

Prior to issuance of a construction permit for a boat ramp in man-made bodies of water a site plan shall be submitted to the county building code for approval.
