§ 22-806. Permit issuance.

Prior to the issuance of a construction permit pursuant to 22-802, the applicant must comply with the following requirements:

(1)

The exact location of the boat ramp shall be indicated on a copy of a boundary survey or other documents determined to be sufficient for review by the required review agency to provide evidence of the property line location and such boundary survey or other documents shall be submitted to the building official for approval.

(2)

The types of materials to be used and construction details must be submitted to the building official for approval.

(3)

The proposed location of the boat ramp must be in conformity with all land development regulations.
