Nothing in this Code or in the ordinance adopting this Code affects the section 6-1.1(d) of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Brevard County, Florida, being the "coastal construction code for construction within the coastal building zone and coastal barrier islands in Brevard County, Florida."
