The board of county commissioners hereby adopts the schedule of civil penalties, as
set out below, to be cited by code inspectors in citations issued to alleged violators.
This schedule of civil penalties may be amended by resolution, from time to time,
as the board of county commissioners sees fit. The following table sets forth the
code violations and applicable civil penalties which shall be cited by code inspectors
under this article. The descriptions of violations are provided for purposes of general
identification only. Where specific code provisions apply, the same are indicated
following the respective violation description.
