§ 22-602. Plans and specifications required.

Plans and specifications for seawalls proposed for construction of five feet or less in height on any manmade bodies of water may be designed in accordance with the minimum design criteria contained in this article. For seawalls exceeding five feet in height, the plans and specifications shall be prepared, signed and sealed by an engineer registered in the state.
