§ 26-24. Film commissioner.

The film commissioner, under the direction of the executive director of the county tourist development council, is hereby authorized to act as the agent for the county in the receipt, and processing of applications for production permits. After review and approval by the applicant county department and final approval by the film commissioner, under the direction of the executive director, the permit will be issued.
