§ 2-132. Schedule of fees for documents, services, etc.

The board of county commissioners shall have the power to prepare and adopt by resolution a schedule of fees and charges that the board of county commissioners and the county officers may charge for providing copies of records, photographs, permits, maps, plans and other documents and signs, containers or other services as may be necessary and proper. A copy of the schedule of such fees and charges shall be filed with the clerk of the circuit court of the county and shall constitute a public record.
