§ 30-37. Public notice; grandfather rights.

(a)

Public notice. Public notice of any public meeting relating to this chapter or the franchise shall be governed by local law.

(b)

Grandfather rights. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to deprive a franchisee or the county of any "grandfather" rights in any future amendments to any statute or regulation.
