§ 30-9. Other agreements, permits and easement requirements.

The county shall not be required to assume any responsibility for the securing of any rights-of-way, easements or other rights which may be required by the licensee for the installation of the system, nor shall the county be responsible for securing any permits or agreements with other persons or utilities.
