§ 34-40. Art in public places trust fund.

Funds appropriated under section 34-39 shall be deposited in the art in public places trust fund and shall be designated for use in providing works of applied art to the public places associated with the public facilities being constructed or expanded. The board of county commissioners may elect to reserve a portion of the one-percent appropriation, not to exceed 25 percent of the appropriation, pursuant to the provisions of section 34-39.
