§ 3-8. Use of county funds for out-of-state travel.

(a)

The use of county funds for any out-of-state travel must be approved or ratified by a majority of county commissioners at a regular and/or special meeting.

(b)

The county commission shall be subject to the travel procedures outlined in Brevard County Administrative Order AO-21.
