§ 42-51. Fee imposed.

Pursuant to the Florida Emergency Telephone Act (F.S. § 365.171), as amended, a fee in the amount of $0.50 per month per line is imposed upon each individual telephone exchange subscriber located within the county, on an individual access line basis (up to a maximum of 25 access lines per account bill rendered).
