§ 42-99. Penalties.

Any person and/or entity violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished in accordance with F.S. ch. 125.69. Furthermore, violations of F.S. ch. 401 and/or Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 10D-66, or any successor thereto, shall be reported to the appropriate regulatory agency of the state and any action taken by such agency shall be separate and apart from any action taken by the board.
