§ 46-41. Fees.

The board of county commissioners may, by resolution or ordinance, authorize the levying and collection of fees by the department for the review of all applications, and any services required under this article. Such fees shall be nonrefundable, and shall accompany all applications, and shall be paid prior to the performance of any service requested.
