§ 46-90.1. Notice of OSTDS operating permit.

Final approval for any building permit or site plan application within the nitrogen reduction overlay area shall not be granted until the permitting authority confirms that the property owner has executed and recorded in the official property records at the county courthouse, a written notice, in a format provided by the county, to inform all subsequent property owners of the use of an OSTDS permitted pursuant to Rule 64E-6.009, Florida Administrative Code, or an OSTDS which requires an operating permit or monitoring from FDOH.
