§ 46-328. Area of operation; exemptions; implementation.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall apply to all areas of the county.

(b)

This article shall not apply to incorporated municipalities where a water conservation ordinance or ordinances is in effect.

(c)

The curtailments, restrictions, and compliance schedules of water uses provided herein shall be implemented as of the effective date of the ordinance from which this article derives. However, section 46-330 shall take effect only upon declaration of a water shortage by the board.
