§ 50-41. Standard fire protection and life safety codes adopted.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the regulations entitled Standard Fire Prevention Code, 1991 Edition, as adopted by the Southern Building Code Congress, and the National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) requirements entitled Life Safety Code No. 101, 1991 Edition, are hereby adopted and incorporated by this reference to be and as part of the fire protection code of the county, to apply to the unincorporated areas of the county. Not less than three copies of such codes shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court and in the office of the fire prevention bureau and shall be available for public inspection during the regular business hours of the offices.
