§ 50-77. Declaration of intent.

Pursuant to F.S. § 162.21(8), the procedures contained in this article are declared to be an additional and supplemental means of enforcing the codes and ordinances of Brevard County, Florida. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting any other means of enforcement consistent with general or special law or the Brevard County Code.
