§ 70-4. Circulation requirements.

The board of county commissioners, in consultation with the county library system board, shall adopt by resolution a schedule of time limitations on the circulation of library media and audiovisual (AV) equipment. Failure to return library media or AV equipment within the designated time period will subject the holder of the applicable library card to the payment of such fees and charges as adopted from time to time by resolution of the board of county commissioners in accordance with the provisions of section 70-2. Resolution of the board of county commissioners shall determine circulation periods that shall apply to the circulation of all library media and AV equipment.
