§ 70-6. Suspension of library privileges.

If the holder of a library card incurs fees and charges for library services or overdue, lost or damaged library media or AV equipment in excess of $5.00 or such other amount established from time to time by resolution of the board of county commissioners in accordance with the provisions of section 70-2, all library privileges of such individual shall be immediately suspended until such time as all of the fees and charges have been paid in full.
