It shall be unlawful to violate any provision of this chapter. Any violation of this
chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment in
the county jail for a term not exceeding 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment
as provided in subsection 1-7(c). Additionally, violations may result in cancellation of activities, forfeiture
of applicable fees, assessment of additional damages or fees, and violators may be
expelled, ejected and/or prohibited from future use of parks, recreational facilities,
and department managed lands.
