Upon submission of the petition to the county pursuant to this article, the petitioner
shall pay all notice, publishing and recording costs related to or arising from the
petition. Additionally, the board of county commissioners may set, by resolution,
such fees as are reasonable to cover the cost of administrative review and investigation
and such other reasonable administrative costs as are incurred in the processing of
such petitions.
