§ 86-135. Intent.

Latest version.

It is the intent of this article to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the county, to assure the free, orderly, uninterrupted movement of motorized vehicles on the public roads within the county, promote traffic safety, and provide for safety for roadside vendors and their customers. It is not the intent of this article to regulate the infrequent use of residential property for incidental, traditional purposes such as garage sales, yard sales or lemonade stands.
