§ 86-139. Enforcement.

The provisions of this article shall be jointly enforced by the county sheriff's department and county code enforcement. The sheriff's department shall issue a notice to appear in county court, in conformity with Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.125, for violations of this article. The clerk of court shall process each notice to appear in conformity with Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.125, and otherwise in the same manner as all other county ordinance violations.
