§ 94-32. Mandatory collection of solid waste.
(a)
Unless otherwise exempt or prohibited, all solid waste generated and accumulated within the solid waste collection and recycling program municipal service benefit unit shall be collected and removed by a collector and disposed of at the county's solid waste management facilities or at a solid waste management facility where all applicable federal, state and local government permits for such activity have been acquired.
(b)
The collector is not responsible for the collection and disposal of landclearing debris, construction and demolition debris, prohibited waste, or other wastes specifically excluded from the collection agreement. Said solid wastes shall be removed and disposed of by the owner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
