§ 98-59. Resolutions ratified, confirmed and incorporated.

The Board of County Commissioners hereby ratifies and confirms, and Ordinance No. 06-045 is hereby amended to incorporate, the following resolutions:
(1)

Resolution 07-051, expressing the intent of the Board to include the Town of Melbourne Village, the Town of Palm Shores, and the City of West Melbourne in the Fire Service Municipal Service Benefit Unit;

(2)

Resolution 07-194 adopting a schedule of rates, assessments and charges for fire service operations, haz-mat special operations team, and fire prevention and inspection fees; and

(3)

Resolution 07-195 ratifying, confirming and certifying the annual Fire Service Non-Ad Valorem Special Assessment Roll.
