§ 98-241. Definitions.

All capitalized terms in this division shall have the meanings defined in the tax increment ordinance or the following meanings:

County Commission means the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida.

District Board means the governing body of the North Brevard Development District.

District Board Member means an appointed member of the District Board.

North Brevard Development District means the North Brevard Economic Development Zone Dependent District created in this division.

Tax Increment Ordinance means Brevard County Ordinance Number 11-16.
