§ 98-243. Creation and purpose of the North Brevard Development District.

There is hereby created a dependent special district to be known and referred to as the North Brevard Development District. The purpose of the district is to work with the county commission, the City of Titusville, and the Brevard County Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast to prepare, adopt, implement and modify, as needed, the economic development plan for the areas located north of State Road 528 in Brevard County District 1.
