§ 202-82. Citations—Issuance.

A code enforcement officer designated pursuant to this division may issue a citation for any violation of the Brevard County Code which is under the jurisdiction of the Brevard County code enforcement board whenever, based upon personal investigation, the officer has reasonable and probable grounds to believe that such a violation has occurred.
