§ 202-83. Same—Form and content.

A citation issued by a code enforcement officer must be in a form prescribed by the board of county commissioners of Brevard County and must state the time and date of issuance, the name and address of the violator, the date of the violation, a description of the violation, the chapter and section of the Brevard County Code for which the violation is charged, the name of the code enforcement officer, and the time and date on which the person charged must appear in court if the citation is appealed.
