§ 202-128. Exchange or sale of material and use of lands and equipment by certain county agencies; past practices validated.
Latest version.
The board of public instruction, the mosquito control board of Brevard County and
the board of county commissioners of Brevard County shall have power to sell, transfer,
lease, trade or otherwise exchange land or equipment owned by each board and to perform
services between and for the other board under mutual agreement and for the mutual
benefit of each of said boards. Said boards are empowered to use, sell, trade and
exchange such equipment and perform such services among and between the bodies whenever
such use, sale or exchange of such equipment or services will be beneficial to each
of said boards. All sales, transfers, leases, trades or exchanges of lands or equipment
heretofore transacted and consummated between the boards shall stand ratified and
approved, and are hereby ratified and approved and consummated.
