§ 202-221. Exemption of county property from execution; restriction.

All county property owned or used in connection with said water control and navigation facilities shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution, and no execution or other judicial process shall issue against such property nor shall any judgment against said county be a charge or lien on such property or revenues; provided, that nothing herein contained shall apply to or limit the rights of bondholders to pursue any remedy for the enforcement and collection of any taxes pledged for any bonds issued hereunder.
