§ 218-31. Appointment of jury commissioners; term.

  • The governor shall appoint in Brevard County two jury commissioners, each of whom shall be a resident of the county. As early as practicable after this article becomes effective, one of said jury commissioners shall be appointed by the governor to hold office for the term ending on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of January, 1963, and the other shall be appointed by the governor to hold office for the term ending on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of January, 1965. Their respective successors, who shall also be appointed by the governor, shall hold office for terms of two years each.
