§ 218-36. Compensation of jury commissioners.

Each jury commissioner shall be paid out of the general fund of the county an annual salary of $100.00 and his actual expenses incurred or paid in the performance of his official duties upon his requisition therefor containing an itemized statement of his expenses, which shall be approved by one of the judges of the circuit court of the county before being entitled to payment.
