§ 218-60. Expenditures; standards of indigency; audit.

All funds transferred to Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc., shall be expended by that corporation solely for the purpose of establishing, equipping, furnishing, maintaining and operating a legal aid office or offices as above provided, and Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc., shall have the power to establish standards of indigency and determine who shall be entitled to legal aid; provided, however, that Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc., shall submit an annual audit to the board of county commissioners of Brevard County in form and at the time specified by the board of county commissioners.
