§ 230-29. Tax exemption.

Upon the creation of the Brevard County law library, all donations to the same and all property in any way acquired by donation, purchase or otherwise shall be deemed to be held in the name of Brevard County for the benefit and use of the inhabitants of Brevard County and shall be exempt from all taxation.
