§ 242-60. Boundary of district.

  • The boundary of the recreation district for which a tax shall be levied under this division shall be:

    Begin at a point being the intersection of the north right-of-way line of State Road 528 and west line of Brevard County, and the east line of Orange County; thence go easterly and southerly along the northerly and easterly right-of-way lines of State Road 528 to the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway in the Indian River; thence go southerly along the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway in the Indian River to a point being the southeast corner of township 25, range 36; thence go westerly along the south line of township 25 south, range 36 east to the west line of Brevard County, being the southwest corner of section 31, township 25 south, range 35 east, and being the east line of Osceola County; thence go northerly along the west line of Brevard County and east lines of Osceola and Orange counties to the point of beginning.
