Article III. SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS |
§ 246-59. Procedure for hearings.
At the time named in the notice specified in section 246-58, or to which an adjournment may be taken, the board shall receive any objections of interested persons and may then or thereafter repeal or confirm the resolution, with such amendments, if any, as may be desired by the board and which do not change the location of the improvement nor increase the probable cost thereof. Any objections not so made shall be considered as waived; and if any objection shall be made or overruled or shall not be sustained, the confirmation of the resolution shall be the final adjudication of the issues presented unless proper steps for relief shall be taken in a court of competent jurisdiction within ten days.
